Trigion deal with Domino UK is no game

Cleaning service excellence opens door for security specialists

Trigion UK has secured a new contract to provide security services to Domino UK – the Cambridge-based industrial equipment supplier – thanks in part to the cleaning services provided by Trigion’s sister company, Facilicom Cleaning.

Domino has been using Facilicom Cleaning Services for several years and the hard work and dedication of those operatives was recognised as playing a part in Trigion being able to bid for the security contract.

The new three-year contract will see Trigion supply overnight and weekend guarding at the Domino head office, along with a range of electronic security solutions. These include CCTV cameras and an access control system, all of which will controlled by the onsite security officer, with 24/7 back up from Trigion’s remote Security Control Room.

Neil Ricketts, Technical Services Director at Trigion, explained, “Our blended solution, combining manned and electronic security was very interesting to the client. The fact that we also offer a flexible financing option meant it ticked all of Domino’s boxes. They had been considering installing CCTV for several years, but not been able to get capital expenditure approval in their budget.”
